William Pekarsky

William Pekarsky has joined as a law clerk after previously working as a legal extern in the firm’s Litigation Group. His primary focus at the firm involves title insurance, commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters, and general Supreme Court real estate litigation.

Currently, Mr. Pekarsky is a third-year law student and John Marshall Harlan Scholar at New York Law School, where he serves as a Notes and Comments Editor for the New York Law School Law Review, the Intramural Negotiation Competition Chair for the New York Law School Dispute Resolution Team, and a member of the New York Law School Securities Arbitration Clinic. He is a graduate of The College of New Jersey and has previously interned at a small general litigation firm specializing in contract matters, shareholder and business-related disputes, and real-estate related litigation.

Mr. Pekarsky will be joining the firm on a full-time basis after taking the New York State Bar Examination in July 2019.
